A 15-minute sequence for happier shoulders

Improve your shoulder mobility and stability with 10 great exercises

Hey friends!

A few months ago, my shoulders were giving me a lot of attitude. I didn’t have an injury, and it wasn’t — as I feared! — the onset of frozen shoulder syndrome; they just needed a little TLC. I was working with a PT at the time, who helped me put together a few exercises that were just the trick. And now, when one of my shoulders starts getting grumpy, I’ll combine a few of those moves with some of my other favorites to get things back in order.

Today, we’re going to give that sequence a try. Remember that this workout (as with all other workouts and content here) is not meant to diagnose or treat an injury or condition — if you’re experiencing pain, your first step should always be a medical provider or PT. But if you just have that tight, stiff, icky shoulder feeling, this is a great one.

Enjoy!
