This week, we’re finishing out March with a solid full-body workout that serves as a nice complement to the March strength training program (but you can enjoy it even if you haven’t been doing that!)
As always, you can skip the warmup, cooldown, or one or two rounds of the circuit if needed to match the amount of time and energy you have today.
Grab a medium (or medium and heavy, if you have them) set of dumbbells, a mat, and a bench, ottoman, or low step (if you have one!).
