It’s kind of amazing how challenging a workout can be even if you don’t use weights: While you know I love dumbbells and bands, bodyweight can be an amazing choice too. It’s been a while since we’ve done a full bodyweight strength workout, so let’s get one done today!
As always, you can skip the warmup, cooldown, or one or two rounds of the circuit if needed to match the amount of time and energy you have today.
All you need is a mat and some water.
