I’m at a retreat this weekend, so I’m taking a very short break from Workout of the Week — just for one week! I’ll be back next Sunday with a fresh workout for you. And FYI, you will get your next strength-training workout on Sunday, March 3. (Finally, we’ll start each month with new strength programming!)
This might be a great week to reach back into the archives and try a workout you loved before, or maybe one that’s new to you. A few ideas ahead, and a reminder that you can always find the full archive of WOWs here.
If you want something a little higher-intensity:
You don’t have to do this super-quickly, but taking it at a higher pace is a great way to get your heart rate up and combine strength with cardio.
