I've been having a difficulty lat week (so that I didn't even see the post where you asked) but for me it's Badminton - the only two times during the week where I literally am there just in the moment, in the game, with all my enthusiasm and power.
What if movement itself is stressing you out due to chronic pain? What if being in a body at all is difficult? When "hard workout with kettlebells" or even a "walk and child's pose" isn't accessible?
I am not in the chronic boat- I am just temporarily unable to walk. I am also coming up short on ideas for how to move in a way that would help me to be in my body. I’m attempting some guided meditation this week. We shall see!
Being in a body, especially one with chronic pain, can be *so* difficult — you’re absolutely right. None of this is meant to be prescriptive or suggest there’s a single correct way to do this: that’s why it’s just a long list of ideas. I strongly believe that you know your body best and what will be helpful or harmful when you’re under stress. Take good care. 💕

That sounds like so much fun. And sorry things have been difficult — hang in there.

Have you tried any seated workouts? There are some good ones out there on YouTube etc! Or even seated yoga, seated stretching, etc.
