What kind of cognitive flexibility training do we think they are getting in the military?! I would love to learn more about that!
So fascinating right? It was so beside the point that I didn’t have a chance to go into it, but based on a quick glance at the research it sounds like it may be about improving resilience for those in the military. I’d also love to learn more about what it actually looks like!
