Thanks for this reminder. My chiropractor/PT had me doing this the last two weeks. I need to get my foam roller out and just look at it until I get on it.
Honestly it helps that the first step is just lying down, LOL. Just lying on that lil foam roller and breathing, maybe doing some pelvic tilts, etc., can feel so good. Then you might as well add the arms!
