Hey friends! Here’s a nice dumbbell workout that should be a good complement to the April strength training program if you’re doing it — or just a fun little sequence to try if you’re not. You’ll need a medium-to-heavy set of weights and a lighter set of weights. (If you don’t have small weights you can always use cans, water or wine bottles, that kind of thing instead.)
As always, make this workout work for you. All of the following options are very much available to you should they be a better fit for the amount of time or energy you have:
Skip the warmup
Skip the cooldown
Only do one or two rounds of the resistance circuit
Pause the video and take longer breaks
