A 25–minute (or shorter!) workout with some tasty twisting

Including a very goofy but very fun warmup exercise

Hey team, welcome back to Workout of the Week! If you’re new here, this is my weekly workout for paid subscribers: It’s right around 25 minutes total, but if you don’t have the time or energy for all that, you can skip the warmup or cooldown, or only do one or two rounds of the strength circuit instead of all three.

One other note for those new to WOW: Last month, I started offering a workout specifically designed to be used with a progressive training approach — the idea is to do the workout two or three times a week for a month, then switch up your programming with the next month’s strength-focused workout. (And you can do the other WOWs as they come through for a little variety if you have time.) The next strength-training WOW will be sent a week from today, but if you want to try last month’s, it’s right here:
