This is so useful! I'm especially stoked about the no-equipment section, as I'm often caught looking for which workout to squeeze in at if I can't make it to my gym.

YAY! I love hearing that! Of course I'm working on a post about the index now and realizing we are missing at least two important categories, EEP, but we always knew it would be a bit of a living, breathing thing. Ha :-)

Amazing amount of workouts! Thank you for all the work that you do and for approaching health in a body neutral way.

Two questions:

1) When I click the category links near the top of the index that should bring me to those workouts in the Substack app ... Nothing happens. Is it me? Is it Substack? Please help!

2) Do you think that workout category playlists be available in the future? I did look around and didn't find them, but if I missed it, please let me know! The idea would be that I could click on, say, No Equipment, and go right to a playlist of all of these workouts rather than having to click on each title to check each one out.

Hi!! I’m not sure I understand question 1, but I’ve found that the best way to solve issues in the Substack app is to delete and then redownload it. See if that helps and report back!

#2 sounds so cool — I had no idea that was possible. Will look into it! Thanks for the suggestion!

Such a quick reply!!

I did uninstall and reinstall the app, but still have the same issue. In the post, it says "Click the category name to jump down to the category.". When I click a category name, the post looks like it might try to reload something, but I still just see the list is category names - it does not scroll down to the relevant workouts.

Dang. So odd! What kind of device are you using? I’ll ask the Substack tech support robot. In the meantime you can just scroll down manually, but hoping we can sort it out to work the way it’s meant to!

Love this! Would it be possible to add a category for the monthly workout (the strength one you post each month that varies in upper vs lower vs full body)?
