This is really great advice, Anna. It's so easy to get 'over influenced' about what you SHOULD be doing. I think one of the biggest lessons I've learned is to stick to what works for me, might not always be the popular thing, but it helps my consistency. 😊

The science of what we're measuring has gotten dramatically better in the last decade. The problem isn't the measurement anymore — it's the interpretation and the action. Most people who get comprehensive bloodwork or genetic testing don't know what to do with the data. The value isn't in the test, it's in the follow-through.
