This week, we’re taking a break from challenging workouts and just enjoying a really tasty stretch. I love this routine as an energizing way to start your day, a great movement break in the middle of a long work session, or as a warmup for a strength or cardio workout.
If you have a resistance band, grab it, but I’ll give you a band-free alternative as well.
