Movement for me at this time is about sanity and strength. Exercise is an outlet for my frustration (my weekly boxing class reeeeaally helps) and honestly, exercising for strength and muscle feels important when fascism is lurking. Might need to punch a Nazi and if you stay ready you don’t need to get ready, ya know?

that dead bug variation is still so spicy for me! Exercise is great for my anxiety and to stop me from doomscrolling. Thebrokegeneration had a podcast episode about avoiding mindlessly taking in bad news and bad takes and one of her recommendations is watching tv while on the treadmill and it’s very helpful
