Hi hi! Let’s round out our split workouts for this month — ICYMI, last week was a lower-body focus — with a fun (and hard!) upper body and core circuit. You’ll want a set of light weights and a set of medium to heavy dumbbells, but if you don’t have weights, this is a great workout to swap in light, medium, or heavy household objects: Think cans, bottles, laundry detergent containers, books, or pets.
You can also do this workout seated if you prefer.
