Is there somewhere you can show the bear crawl/tap in slo mo. I have long legs and was very confused

I get so confused too. I have to say outloud opposite foot/opposite hand! And that helps. Also I often have to reset and come back to center when going backward. It’s def a brain exercise too.

Did you look at the gif in the post?

You get on all fours with your toes tucked under, engage your core, and float your knees an inch or two off the mat. Then you crawl forward one step at a time, with opposite hand and foot moving together!
